You have an erroneously listed this as a Chase debt collector. This is the Chase Bank Dispute Department. Big difference!

I made an “early payment” about 5 days ago. But there is nothing on my account page to show I made a payment, or that the payment is posted. I have the payment showing on my checking account. What gives??
